EXECUTIVE TEAM
Peter Rodriguez
President
An operational executive with over 20 years of experience in building cost effective solutions for the manufacturing sector ranging from housing, agriculture and automotive. Leads the overall design, build and implementation team at ekō.
Jessica Garrison
Executive Director
Jessica has been practicing law and serving executive functions in business for over 20 years. In 2010, Jessica successfully managed a statewide campaign for Attorney General and joined the incoming administration as Chief Counsel and Deputy Attorney General. Jessica was recruited from that position to serve as Executive Director of a national political committee and a national policy committee in Washington DC. In 2021 Jessica was named one of ‘Washington’s Most Powerful Women’ by Washingtonian Magazine.
Amanda Kruse, CPA, CGMA
Chief Financial Officer
Amanda has served as the controller Land Betterment Corporation for the past year and a half. Prior to Land Betterment she was a controller for a top-tier golf and country club for the last six years. For the prior five years, she worked as a senior accountant for a top five regional accounting and consulting firm focused on audits of small and medium sized businesses. She joined Land Betterment in 2021 to assist with its ability to scale in a stakeholder transparent way.
Stetson Schaible
General Manager
Stetson has multiple years of experience as an operational manager and production engineer for eko and its predecessor incharge of operational management and design engineering.  Prior to eko Stetson worked for government contractors and general contractorsin terms of high value real time logistics and management.
Joshua Caleau
Finance Adminstrator
Josh has been leading the ordering and purchasing for eko and its predecessor CSI. His prior experience includes time at Edward Jones as branch office administrator as well as book keeping and accounting functions at the Premier Bank of the South. Josh received his bachelor degree from Florida College.
Lyndsay Kline
Social Media and Marketing
Lyndsay comes from an extensive and deep experience of managing a broad array of social media communications, with her most recent work as a manager of the social media platforms for a nonprofit organization. Her work included driving awareness and interactions among its group and expanding the reach of the nonprofit. In her new role, she will help develop and drive the LBX brand and coordinate with other members of the company’s outreach team, while also working with existing external public relations and investor relations firms.
